The children have a dedicated playroom in my house, which is equipped with a variety of toys and activites. There are many different toys which are available for self-selection by the children in order to encourage child-led play. I also have a range of books which the children can look through themselves, and stories which I read to them.

I have an area in my kitchen set aside for creative play, such as drawing, play doh and painting. Children can sit up at the kitchen table to eat their meals and snacks, with a booster seat available for younger children.

I have a sleeping area in an upstairs room where children can take a nap without being disturbed by other children in the setting. It is equipped with a cot and a baby monitor.
